PRAGUE, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Czech nuclear power station Temelin disconnected its 1,000 megawatt Unit 1 on Saturday morning to repair a turbine, news agency CTK said.
It said the unit would be reconnected to the grid on Saturday evening.
Temelin, owned by power firm CEZ <CEZPsp.PR>, had previously said it would carry out the repair but given no timing.
Temelin's Unit 2 has been shut for a regular fuel exchange. ((Reporting by Jan Lopatka, editing by Ben Tan; prague.newsroom@reuters.com; Reuters Messaging: jan.lopatka.reuters.com@reuters.net; +420-224 190 474))
