...said on Tuesday.
Pojistovna's owner, the privately held PPF, has been considering floating its insurance assets including Pojistovna on the stock exchange or raising debt to fund future growth.
The Polish daily Parkiet reported on Tuesday Pojistovna would launch an IPO in Prague and planned a listing in Warsaw.
But Investor Relations Director Daniel Schlaepfer said no decision on an IPO has been taken, repeating a line the company has held for months.
"There has been no decision taken on whether there will even be an IPO," he told Reuters.
PPF's insurance assets including Pojistovna are grouped under the working name Czech Insurance Holding (CZIH).
CZIH's executives have said the aim was to be ready to enter the public market within three months of a potential decision on the matter.
