The Czech Republic's total foreign indebtedness rose to 40.99 billion euros at end-September from a revised 39.94 billion euros at the end of June, the central bank said on Friday. The new EU member country's foreign debt accounted for 37.0 percent of its gross domestic product (GDP) at the end of September, the central bank added.
