...Unipetrol Rafinerie 85 million crowns ($4.07 million), its parent firm said on Friday.

Unipetrol Rafinerie is a unit of the downstream oil group Unipetrol .

"The negative impact of the shutdown on the gross margin of Unipetrol Rafinerie is estimated at 85 million crowns," Unipetrol said in a statement.

"This shutdown meant a cut-off of fuel deliveries which had to be covered from other sources and by purchases," it added.

The December 19-26 shutdown was due to a turbine repair.

Minority shareholders in Ceska Rafinerska are Shell , ConocoPhillips and ENI .

The Kralupy refinery has capacity of 68,000 barrels per day.
