Czech President Vaclav Klaus said on Monday he would appoint a new government on Tuesday, a three-party cabinet which may prove short-lived because it lacks a parliamentary majority. The government must win support form at least one leftist deputy to survive a confidence vote which must be held within 30 days of the cabinet's appointment.
