    The central bank will hold a regular two-week repo tender to 
drain liquidity from the money market. 
     
    SLOVAKIA SAYS DRUZHBA FLOW HALTED COMPLETELY 
    Oil flow through the Druzhba pipeline to Slovakia from 
Russia was halted, as expected, on Monday evening amid a dispute 
between Moscow and Belarus, oil pipeline operator Transpetrol 
said.

    C. BANK SEEN FIGHTING TO BUY TIME FOR CROWN 
    Slovakia's central bank looks determined to cap its 
currency's record-breaking rise, but in the long run it may have 
no choice but to revalue the crown's peg to the euro.

    PM SAYS ENEL'S DEAL ON HYDRO PLANT INVALID 
    The Slovak government wants to cancel a contract under which 
a unit of Italy's utility Enel  uses the country's 
largest hydro power plant at Gabcikovo, Prime Minister Robert 
Fico said on Monday.

    DEMAND FOR SLOVAK 5-YR STATE BOND STRONG 
    Slovakia sold 12.456 billion crowns ($470.2 million) worth 
of 5-year, zero-coupon state bonds  in an auction 
on Monday, the Finance Ministry's Debt and Liquidity Management 
Agency (ARDAL) said.
