Oil flow through the Druzhba pipeline to Slovakia from Russia should resume on Wednesday afternoon, oil pipeline operator Transpetrol said....

...

"Based on an agreement between the Russian Federation and Belarus, oil supplies will be restored in the Druzhba pipeline today at 3:30 p.m. (1430 GMT)," Transpetrol said in a statement.

"The first supplies in the pipeline on Slovak territory should appear around 6:00 p.m. (1700 GMT)."

Belarus said earlier on Wednesday it had reached agreement with Russia to settle a dispute which has halted oil supplies through the pipeline to Europe, though Moscow did not immediately confirm a deal.

The Druzhba pipeline forks on Belarussian territory, and countries served by its southern spur include Hungary, the Czech Repulic and Slovakia.
