    The Statistics Office will release November industrial 
output data. Analysts forecast an annual rise by 11.8 percent. 
     
    NOV CONSTRUCTION DATA 
    The Statistics Office will release November construction 
output data. 
     
    CZECH PRESIDENT VISITS SLOVAKIA 
    Czech President Vaclav Klaus will start a two-day visit to 
Slovakia. Klaus will address an economic conference at 1400 GMT. 
     
    PM SAYS GOVT REAPPOINTS MRVA TO CBANK BOARD 
    The Slovak government re-appointed Karol Mrva to the central 
bank's policy making board on Wednesday, Prime Minister Robert 
Fico told a news conference.

    CROWN DOWN ON REGION, SEEN TESTING SUPPORT 
    The Slovak crown slid against the euro on Wednesday, and 
traders said sour sentiment on emerging markets could push it 
even weaker to test a support level of 34.650 per euro.

    TRANSNEFT SAYS DRUZHBA FLOW TO RESUME -SLOVAK FIRM 
    Slovak oil pipeline operator Transpetrol said it was 
notified by Russia's pipeline company Transneft that oil flow 
through the Druzhba pipeline to Slovakia from Russia would 
resume on Wednesday afternoon.

    Belarus resumes Russian oil flow, ending 3-day halt 
    Belarus said on Wednesday it had restarted the flow of 
Russian oil through a major pipeline across its territory, 
ending a three-day stoppage that rattled Europe.

    SLOVAKIA SAYS WILL NOT CLOSE ANTI-CORRUPTION COURT 
    Slovakia will not dismantle  a special court dealing with 
organised crime and bribery, Prime Minister Robert Fico said on 
Wednesday, backing down from a plan that diplomats said would 
dent the fight against corruption.
