Immoeast invests 160 mln euros in Prague

Austrian real estate developer Immoeast has bought three office buildings in Prague for 160 million euros ($207.5 million) in its biggest...

...investment on the Czech office market to date, the company said on Tuesday.

Total usable space in the buildings in the BB Centrum office park is 73,700 square metres, completely rented out to companies including GE Money Bank and Hewlett Packard.

Immoeast, the eastern European-focused unit of real estate group Immofinanz , said property owned in the Czech Republic now accounts for 15 percent of its overall portfolio.
