A Polish chemicals firm, Dwory Chemicals, has agreed to buy synthetic rubber company Kaucuk from Czech oil group Unipetrol , a unit of Poland's PKN Orlen , Orlen said in a statement on Monday.

The sale is part of a drive by Unipetrol to divest non-core assets and keep its focus on petrochemical, oil refinery and fuel retailing business.

Kaucuk will become part of Dwory after the companies sign a deal on Tuesday, the statement said.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
