TABLE-Czech Jan industrial PPI rises 1.2 pct m/m

    The Czech Statistical Bureau released the 
following January producer price data (PPI) on Wednesday:

    NOTE. Analysts polled by Reuters had forcast a 0.7 percent 
month-on-month increase in January industrial producer prices. 
The year-on-year PPI rate was forecast to be up 2.3 percent 
 . 
    All 2006 data are subject to further revision. 
    The bureau said it had revised the weighting structure from 
2005, but that the calculation of industrial producer and 
construction prices does not change for that period. However, 
agriculture prices and service prices from January 2005 to 
December 2006 are no longer directly comparable due to the 
change.
