SLOVAKS PLANS 100 MLN EURO BOND AUCTION IN DEC
Slovakia plans to sell 100 million euros worth of four-year state bonds in a December auction, the last scheduled bond sale this year, the finance ministry's Debt and Liquidity Management Agency said on Monday.

FINMIN SEES 2009 FISCAL GAP AT 6.34 PCT/GDP
Deputy Finance Minister Frantisek Palko said he saw the 2009 fiscal deficit at 6.34 percent of gross domestic product (GDP), up from previous 6.29 pct/GDP. Palko said economy has bottomed out, but risks still prevail on the side of foreign demand.

GOVT STATE-AID FOR HOSPITALS
Health care ministry will grant more than 130 million euro to 25 hospitals, out of it 12 state-run and 13 private-owned. Subjects are obliged to pay the state aid back within the coming 15 years.

BANKS NET PROFIT DOWN 50 PCT Y/Y
Banks profit fell by 50 percent on the year in the first ten months of the year to 293 million euros, negatively influenced by the euro adoption in terms of foreign exchange trading, and also due to fees.
