NEW CABINET: Tomas Uvira, a director of asset management department at the finance ministry will be appointed the finance minister of Jan Fischer's interim cabinet, the paper reports without giving a source. Deputy Foreign Minister Jan Kohout will be named the foreign minister, the paper reports, citing outgoing Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek.
