MAY HEADLINE INFLATION
The Statistics Office will publish May headline inflation data, 0700 GMT. Analysts forecast consumer prices to be flat on the month and rise by 2.0 percent on the year.

The Statistics Office will publish May core inflation data, 0700 GMT. Core inflation was forecast to be flat month-on-month and at 0.8 percent year-on-year
APRIL FOREIGN TRADE
The Statistics Office will publish April foreign trade data, 0700 GMT. The market had expected a trade deficit of 41.3 million euro in April.
ENERGY PRICES REGULATION
State Regulator will hold a news conference on energy prices regulation's legislation and price outlook for 2010, 0630 GMT.
NUCLEAR POWER PLANT MOCHOVCE
Prime Minister Robert Fico will talk on the process of completion of two blocks at nuclear power plant Mochovce.
SE ON NUCLEAR POWER PLANT MOCHOVCE
Energy utility Slovenske Elektrarne, run by Italy's Enel <ENEI.MI>, will hold a news conference on the completion of two blocks at the nuclear power plant Mochovce, 1130 GMT.
SLOVAKIA OKS BANK RESCUE LAWS, BUT SAYS NO RISK
The Slovak government approved package of bank rescue laws on Wednesday, but Finance Minister Jan Pociatek said the country's financial system was healthy and none of the banks were at risk.

South Korean car group Kia Motors Corp <000270.KS> said could boost production to full capacity at its Slovak assembly plant in Zilina in July. The car maker cut daily working-shift due to weaker global demand.

PRIVATE PENSION FUNDS
Social Affairs Minister Viera Tomanova accused private pension funds of lying about benefits, trying to lure more Slovaks out from the scheme and return fully to the state-run Social Insurer. Slovaks can decide whether to leave by end-June.
