PRAGUE - A conference on inflation targeting with Cypriot central bank Governor and European Central Bank Governing Council member Athanasios Orphanides (0720 GMT), Czech central bank Governor Zdenek Tuma (0700 GMT and 0800 GMT) and Romanian central bank (BNR) Vice-Governor Cristian Popa (1200 GMT).
