NWR ENERGY: Miner New World Resources (NWR) <NWRS.L> <NWRSsp.PR> has agreed to sell its NWR Energy subsidiary to the Czech unit of Dalkia <VIE.PA> <EDF.PA> for approximately 122 million euros ($174.7 million), it said on Monday.
