CEZ IN ROMANIA: Czech power group CEZ <CEZPspPR> said on Friday it has taken full ownership of two Romanian distrubutors after it agreed with Romania's Electrica SA to buy the remaining 19 percent stake in the pair for 145.36 million euros ($214.2 million).

BUDGET MAY BE BETTER: Finance Minister Eduard Janota said estimates for economic output are nearing zero, better than the 0.5 percent contraction seen in the 2010 budget draft, so the budget gap may be lower than the 163 billion crowns already set.

CSA HELP: Czech Airlines (CSA) supervisory board chief Vaclav Novak is likely to request 3 billion czech crowns in state aid for the airline, according to sources.
The paper said that CSA president Radomir Lasak has a restructuring plan that does not count on state aid; the finance ministr has already ruled out state aid.
