RECORD CAR PRODUCTION EXPECTED
Slovak units of car makers Volkswagen <VOWG.DE>, Kia motors <000270.KS> and Peugeot Citroen <PEUP.PA> plan to produce up to 620,000 vehicles this year, a record annual output to date. Slovakia made 576,000 car in the pre-crisis year of 2008.
