The draft included raising personal income flat tax from a person's gross salary to 25 percent from the present 23 percent. The draft also assumes cancelling the ceiling for social insurance tax, currently set at an income of 1.7 million crowns ($93,970) a year. The proposal will be ready by March and it will be up to the next government coming from a May election whether it adopts the measures.
