CSA PRIVATISATION: Bidders Air France-KLM <AIRF.PA> and a consortium of Unimex and Travel Service <ICEAIR.IC> did not get the opportunity to review Czech Airlines (CSA) leasing contracts as part of the due diligence process in a privatisation tender. Supervisory board member Ivan Kocarnik said there was a problem as leasing contracts are confidential but denied it would still be an obstacle in the due diligence.
