SOLAR POWER: A lawyer representing solar power producers said that the constitutional court's ruling on Wednesday which struck down the building savings tax due to retroactivity was likely to be applied also on the withholding tax that the government imposed on solar power. He said the court will likely to annul the solar tax if it is to be consistent.
